Support for Peak is provided directly by its developer. Every enquiry is read and answered.

Enquiries are generally answered within a few working days. To help resolve a technical issue quickly, please include your device model, your operating-system version, and a description of what you were doing when the problem occurred.

Reporting an issue from within the application

If the application is accessible, the quickest route is built in:

Settings → Support → Report a Bug — screenshots may be attached, and your account details are included automatically.
Settings → Support → Request a Feature — for suggestions and improvements.

Both are delivered directly to the developer and are private: submissions are not visible to other users.

Frequently asked questions

I have forgotten my password

Select Forgot password on the sign-in screen and enter your email address. You will receive a link that opens the application and allows you to set a new password. If the message does not arrive, please check your spam folder. If you registered using Apple's private relay address, sign in with the Apple option rather than a password.

Is an account required, and does the application work offline?

Peak is fully functional offline once configured: your sessions are recorded on your device and you can train without a connection. An account is required so that your training records can be backed up and restored if you lose or replace your device, and so that the exercise library can be delivered to you.

How do I obtain a copy of my data?

Write to support@loneastronautstudios.com from the address registered to your account. A machine-readable copy of the personal data held about you will be provided free of charge within 30 days.

How do I delete my account?

From within the application, select Settings → Account → Delete Account. Deletion is immediate and irreversible, and removes your profile, training records, stored backups and account credentials. Section 8 of the Privacy Policy sets out precisely what is deleted.

My sessions are not synchronising

Synchronisation runs in the background whenever a connection is available, so a brief interruption resolves itself. No data is lost in the meantime, as all records are written to your device first. If a session is still missing from a second device after both have been online for several minutes, please get in touch.

Reporting a security issue

Please report suspected security vulnerabilities to support@loneastronautstudios.com rather than disclosing them publicly. All reports are investigated and acknowledged promptly.
